Not the loudest AI voice in the room. The one who actually builds.
WeServ exists for one reason: most organisations don't need more advice about software. They need the software.
One skill, two doors
WeServ is a build venture running from two bases: a UK arm that supports our own products and UK client work, and a Nigerian arm serving SMEs, corporates and government. Behind both sit the same two motions: a rapid build studio that turns ideas into deployed products in days, and a quality engineering practice that makes fast-built software dependable.
It's founded and led by Adedokun (Dokun) Agoro, an engineer who spent over a decade leading testing and release engineering on trading and banking systems at Lloyds, BBVA, Crédit Agricole and Ion Group / MarketFactory, environments where a failed deployment moves money and breaks regulation. That background is why WeServ can do something unusual: build at the speed of an AI-native studio and still hold the release discipline of a bank.
Three things we believe
Show, don't pitch
Seeing working software in real time beats any deck. Our sales strategy is a live demo of your problem, solved.
Speed is the product
The loop from conversation to working system stays short on purpose. Every layer of process that slows it down costs you the thing you came for.
Rigour is the moat
Fast is common now. Fast and trustworthy is rare, and it's the difference between a demo and a product carrying real users and real money.
Working with us starts with a problem, not a proposal
